MindEarth is seeking a Junior-Mid Frontend Developer / UX-UI Designer in Milan. You’ll build interactive web applications with React/TypeScript and craft accessible interfaces, while shaping visuals and usability with designers.

This hybrid role blends coding with design input to turn geospatial data into usable tools. You'll collaborate across disciplines, participate in product discovery, and contribute to a growing component library.

Competenze

1–4 years of professional experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
Solid grasp of modern CSS and experience with Tailwind.
Demonstrable eye for design, typography, spacing, and color with a portfolio or production apps.
Interest in accessibility and inclusive design; WCAG familiarity is a bonus.
Comfort working with designers using Figma or similar tools.
Good written and spoken English; able to work in a small, async-friendly European team.

Mansioni

Build and maintain interactive web applications with Next.js or similar, React, and TypeScript.
Implement map-based visualizations using map libraries.
Design UI components, layouts, and interaction flows using Tailwind CSS.
Ensure accessibility: semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, contrast, and screen-reader friendly components.
Collaborate with data scientists and geospatial engineers to understand data behind interfaces.
Contribute to a growing internal design system and conventions.
