Lexroom Srl is seeking a frontend developer to build and maintain Next.js/React experiences for a world-class AI product. Based in Milan with hybrid work, you will collaborate across product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality features.

You’ll join a rockstar team focused on growth, innovation, and impact, with opportunities to work on ML/NLP‑related initiatives and hands-on ownership of key projects.

Competenze

• 3+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong skills in React/Next.js and JS/TS.
• Solid knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies and code reviews.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of owning projects.
• Interest or experience in ML/NLP is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain frontend features using Next.js and React, ensuring a seamless and high-performance user experience.

• Deliver intuitive, high-performance user interfaces, ensuring top-tier product quality and a seamless UX.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs effectively, contributing to reliability and frontend performance.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.

• Follow best practices, coding standards, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3+ years of frontend development experience.

• Strong skills in React/Next.js and JS/TS.

• Solid knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes.
