Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims, approvals, and follow-ups.

Maintain proper documentation and tracking of insurance claims.

Assist patients in resolving issues related to insurance claims.

Support doctors and clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
