Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a specialized team of Gi Group Spa, is seeking a Front Office Manager (Vitto e Alloggio) at a Luxury Resort in Vieste.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervision and coordination of the Front Office department;
• Managing and organizing work shifts for a team of about 20 staff;
• Training new hires;
• Assigning daily tasks related to Reception;
• Managing Top Clients and handling complaints;
• Monitoring service quality standards according to company guidelines.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in medium-large hotel chains or structures;
• Ability to manage critical situations and high workflow;
• Organizational and leadership skills;
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Working hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 6 days on 7, shifts between 7:00 and 23:00.

Contract details:

• 8-month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanent employment;
• Reference collective labor agreement: CCNL Turismo Pubblici esercizi;
• Salary and benefits based on experience.

Accommodation in a single room or studio within the property, meals at the company canteen, access to private beach area, and 50% discounts on internal services are included.
