Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a dedicated team within Gi Group Spa specializing in hospitality, is seeking a Front Office Manager for a luxury resort in Vieste. The role involves supervising and coordinating the Front Office department, managing a team of approximately 20 staff, training new hires, organizing daily tasks, managing top clients and complaints, and ensuring service standards align with company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in medium to large hotel chains or structures
  • Ability to handle high workload and critical situations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 6 days a week, shifts between 7:00 and 23:00.

Contract details: 8-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment, under the Turismo Pubblici esercizi CCNL. Salary to be determined based on experience.
