For a client in the Horeca sector, we are looking to recruit:

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (accommodation and board included) Luxury Resort - Vieste

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervision and coordination of the Front Office department;
  • Managing and organizing work shifts for a team of about 20 staff;
  • Training new hires;
  • Assigning daily tasks related to Reception;
  • Managing top clients and handling complaints;
  • Monitoring service quality standards according to company guidelines.

Required skills and qualities:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in medium-large hotel chains or structures;
  • Ability to handle critical situations and high workflow;
  • Organizational and leadership skills;
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level.

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 6 days out of 7, shifts between 7:00 and 23:00.

Contract details:

  • Temporary contract of 8 months, with potential for permanent employment;
  • Reference collective labor agreement: CCNL Turismo Pubblici esercizi;
  • Salary and benefits: assessed based on seniority.

Accommodation in a single room or studio within the facility and meals provided at the company canteen. Access to private beach area and 50% discounts on internal services are included.
