As a Front Office Manager, you are the face of our hotel and work with your team to ensure exceptional guest experiences from the warm welcome to the perfect checkout.

Tasks
  1. Lead and motivate the front office team, serving as both a role model and coach
  2. Ensure smooth operations at the reception desk
  3. Create shift schedules and duty rosters
  4. Take responsibility for the department budget and develop strategies to meet targets
  5. Continuously optimize the guest experience
Requirements
  1. Experience in the front office area and some leadership experience
  2. Passion for excellent service and guest satisfaction
  3. Proficiency in German and English
  4. IT affinity and quick understanding of new systems
  5. Team spirit, solution-oriented mindset, and good communication skills
