As a Front Office Manager, you are the face of our hotel and work with your team to ensure exceptional guest moments - from the warm welcome to the perfect check-out.

Tasks

1. Leading and motivating the front office team - you are both a role model and a coach
2. Ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk
3. Creating shift, vacation and duty rosters
4. Responsibility for the department budget and developing strategies to achieve targets
5. Continuous optimization of the guest experience

Requirements

1. Experience in the front office area as well as first leadership experience
2. Passion for excellent service and guest satisfaction
3. Very good knowledge of German and English
4. IT affinity and quick grasp of new systems
5. Team spirit, solution orientation and an open ear for your colleagues
