Front office Manager

We are looking for a Front Office Manager for a short-term rental management company in Italy and abroad, with an office based in Varese. You will be part of a service company that manages a portfolio of rental properties.

What does the offer include?

  • Contract: permanent or, according to the candidate's needs, freelance;
  • Salary: between €13,000 and €20,000 per year, to be evaluated based on previous experience in the role;
  • Working hours: full-time hybrid - availability on weekends and holidays.

You will be part of a team of 7 people and will be assisted in an initial onboarding phase until you can manage administrative, financial, and operational activities independently (registration of bookings, customer management, check-in/check-out management, management and registration of booking receipts, management of ads on booking platforms, staff management on site). You will interact with the staff in managing daily activities and in the relationship with the company management.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Customer relationships (booking management, payments, check-in/check-out);
  • Relationships with booking platforms (ad management, accommodation price management, deadline control, cancellation management, and ranking);
  • Check-in/check-out management with on-site staff;
  • Management of subordinate employees (elaboration of cleaning schedules/programs, staff management to ensure everything runs smoothly before, during, and after customer arrival).

What are we looking for?

  • Strong hospitality attitude, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills;
  • Flexibility and availability, especially during summer months;
  • Ability to coordinate all front and back office operations;
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Required languages

  • Italian: professional complete;
  • English: excellent written and spoken.

Employment contract: full-time, permanent, contract with VAT number.

Remuneration: €900.00 - €1,400.00 per month.
