Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Manager at Terradimare Resort & Spa in San Teodoro. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing front office operations, and maintaining effective communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Office Administration skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
• Front Office management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle guest inquiries
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
• Proficiency in multi-tasking and problem-solving
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
