Position Overview :

As the Front Office Manager , you will lead our Front Office team, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. You will play a pivotal role in upholding Oetker Collection’s legendary standards of excellence while fostering a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all Front Office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Train, motivate, and manage the Front Office team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with hotel standards and policies.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel (five-star experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (experience with OPERA is a plus).
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced seasonal environment.
