Un'importante azienda storica nel settore del legno e mobili seleziona un tirocinante per il front office. Il candidato, affiancato da un tutor, gestirà l'accoglienza dei visitatori, le telefonate e l'organizzazione degli appuntamenti. Si offre un tirocinio di 3-6 mesi con possibilità di assunzione permanente.

Competenze

• Diploma e/o laurea preferibilmente in turismo e/o lingue.
• Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (suite Office, sistemi gestionali).
• Eccellenti capacità organizzative.

Mansioni

• Accogliere i visitatori.
• Gestire le telefonate in entrata e inoltrarle ai destinatari appropriati.
• Gestire la corrispondenza in entrata e in uscita.

Job Title: FRONT OFFICE IN STAGE - LINGUA INGLESE

Company Description

Synergie Italia, a branch in Fano, is seeking for a historic company in the Wood and Furniture sector.

Position

The selected candidate, in collaboration with a tutor, will be responsible for:

• Welcoming visitors;
• Responding to user inquiries;
• Managing incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate recipients;
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
• Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the calendar.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A diploma and/or degree, preferably in tourism and/or languages;
• Knowledge of computer tools (Office suite, management systems);
• Excellent organizational skills.

Additional Information

Offer: a training internship of 3 to 6 months, with the aim of permanent employment with the company.

Working hours: 40 hours full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 17:00

Stipend: €600

Work location: Marotta (PU)
