Job Description

Customer Service Teller - Vicenza Area

The Opportunity:

Join a prominent cooperative banking institution rooted in the Veneto region, working within one of our branches.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling all front-office activities such as cash operations, opening and managing accounts, deposits, transfers, account statements, pension and tax payments, etc., while maintaining a key role in customer dialogue and relations.

You will be a point of reference for clients and support senior colleagues in proposing and managing customer services.

A training and onboarding phase will be provided to facilitate your integration into the new environment, during which you will acquire the necessary skills for the role.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduated, preferably in economics or law;
• Person-oriented towards interpersonal relationships, able to connect with clients and colleagues;
• Some experience in banking as a teller or in roles involving customer management and complex operational flows;
• Dynamic and goal-oriented;
• Precise, reliable, and discreet;
• Owns a car.

The Offer:

Fixed-term contract directly with the bank, with potential for permanent employment;

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday;

Inclusion in the 3rd area, 1st level of the CCNL for credit cooperatives, with cash allowances and daily electronic meal vouchers.

Location: Vicenza and surrounding areas.
