Norcia, Italy
Company Description
Norcia, founded 600 years before Rome and birthplace of San Benedetto, is nestled within the natural beauty of the Monti Sibillini National Park. With its medieval city walls still intact, it is Italy's capital of black truffle. Since 1850, the Bianconi family has warmly hosted guests. Palazzo Seneca, dating from the 16th century, tells the story of Umbria. Renowned Italian artisans restored the property using local materials, blending colors, light, tradition, and design. The scents of the small herb garden, the flavors of local authentic products, and an unspoiled environment inspire the cuisine of the elegant Vespasia restaurant.
