Your approach to the job will be inspired by your authentic style and self - always ready with care and attention, a clever tip, a recommendation that only you could give. You’ll know exactly who needs what and when, you’ll remember their names and you’ll use your creativity and experience to deliver a fantastic stay every time.

In your role as Front Office, you’ll discuss and agree on key objectives with your line manager to support your department’s goals. You’ll also take responsibility for your own development, embracing training opportunities we offer and learning from challenges and mistakes.

How you do it:
  1. You’re responsible for offering the highest standard of service to our guests, ensuring all standards are maintained at all times.
  2. You’ll greet, welcome, and direct guests at the front desk.
  3. You’ll handle incoming calls, inquiries via email, and reservations.
  4. You’ll follow security procedures, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  5. You’ll organize the reception area in compliance with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
  6. You’ll manage cash, tabs, and transfer procedures according to company policies.
  7. You’ll ensure meet-and-greet and farewell tasks meet company standards.
  8. You’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in your workspace and personal appearance.
  9. You’ll follow guidance and instructions from your leadership team.
What you bring:
  1. Knowledge of operating procedures, including Open Table, check-in procedures, floor plan, and room management.
  2. A considerate and supportive team player, willing to assist wherever needed.
  3. Respect for the environment, taking care of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and reporting malfunctions.
  4. Willingness to attend meetings and training sessions as required by the Head of Department.
