Mission

To effectively manage all activities related to the Front Office Department.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process all payments according to established procedures.
  3. Welcome guests warmly and provide information on hotel services and room locations.
  4. Upsell rooms to maximize revenue when possible.
  5. Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  6. Communicate guest requests or issues to management for follow-up.
  7. Respond appropriately to guest complaints and perform service recovery gestures to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment.
  4. Passion for hospitality and strong interpersonal skills.
