Job Summary: To effectively manage all activities related to the Front Office Department.

What will I be doing?

  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently and professionally.
  • Process all payments following established procedures.
  • Welcome guests warmly, promptly, and professionally.
  • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room locations.
  • Upsell rooms when possible to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions as per procedures.
  • Communicate any guest requests or issues to management for follow-up.
  • Respond appropriately to guest complaints.
  • Make service recovery gestures to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and strong interpersonal skills.
