A prestigious hospitality group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team in Florence. The role involves delivering exceptional service to guests, managing check-in/check-out, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Candidates should possess strong language skills, a high school diploma or related degree, and experience in similar roles. We are a renowned group in the hospitality sector, currently managing two prestigious 4-star hotels in the heart of Florence. Our first hotel, opened in 2017, has built a solid reputation for service excellence and high guest satisfaction. We are now preparing to open our second luxury property, which aims to become a new benchmark for hospitality in Florence’s historic city center.
To ensure impeccable service from the very first guest interaction, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.
Role Objective
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact between the hotel and its guests, playing a key role in delivering a warm, efficient, and personalized welcome. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out operations, handling reservations, and assisting guests throughout their stay, in line with the high standards of a luxury hotel.
