A luxury hotel brand in Sardegna is looking for a Front Office Agent to ensure high standards of service and manage guest interactions for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, experience in a luxury environment, and is fluent in English and Italian. This role offers accommodation, meal provisions, and team social events.

Competenze

  • Fluent in English and Italian; third language preferred.

Mansioni

  • Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies and standards.
  • Responsible for cash accounting (guest bill payments).
  • Communicate all relevant guest and group activity to internal parties.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and handle complaints.
  • Ensure all guest details are accurately collected.
  • Run End of Day process and complete relevant accounting checks.

He/she is passionate about service and eager to grow professionally.

He/She works closely with our guests during their stay to discover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating tailored recommendations.

Reports to: Front Office Manager

  1. Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;
  2. Responsible for cash accounting (guest bill payments);
  3. Communicate all relevant guest and group activity to proper internal parties;
  4. Anticipate guests’ needs and handle guest complaints;
  5. Ensure all relevant communications are processed correctly;
  6. Ensure all guest details are accurately collected;
  7. Run End of Day process and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks;
  8. Run monthly reports.
