  • Check-In Champion: Manage processes at the front desk, including check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and reservations to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Information Guru: Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle guest inquiries and requests with quick thinking and professionalism to resolve issues promptly and to guest satisfaction.
