As Front House Manager you will be the main lead in creating a positive stay for our guests overseeing the Front Office team and providing a high level of service for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the activity of the department to create a memorable experience for our guests..
  • Mentoring and motivating the team in order to reach their full potential.
  • Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between Front Office, Event Department, Housekeeping & Maintenance.
  • Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.
  • Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.

  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • +2’ years experience as Front House Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
