Role

As a Front End Software Developer, you will contribute to building, optimizing, and maintaining beautiful user interfaces and crafting smooth, intuitive user experiences of our cloud-based solutions. We’re looking for someone driven by innovation and eager to work with the latest technology, in a dynamic, collaborative team, and not afraid to introduce new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Improve application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient API handling, while ensuring scalability via component-based architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven 3+ years experience as a Front End Software Developer
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., git).
• Design and consume Web APIs efficiently, orchestrating frontend data flows and improving API calls for performance (caching, pagination, error handling).
• Experience in client-side mapping libraries like OpenLayers and Leaflet to build interactive, high-performance geospatial applications to render large datasets.
• Knowledge of UX design principles (accessibility and responsive design).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Very much appreciated:

• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Basic understanding of backend systems to improve frontend integration (e.g., reducing waterfall requests, structuring API responses).
• Experience with backend technologies (Node.js).
• Curiosity and interest in learning new technologies, products, and features.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or information technology.

-Knowledge of GIS and WebGIS.

-Knowledge of DHTMLX8.

-Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium).

-Familiar with databases and data modeling.
