AS Watson in Milano is seeking a Front End Developer to design and build modern web interfaces, using JavaScript, TypeScript, and contemporary frameworks. You will ensure accessibility, security, and performance while collaborating with API integrations and cross-functional teams.

The role offers a hybrid work model, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to reusable solutions that scale across our brands. A degree in IT/CS and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

• Experience developing modern web apps with JavaScript, TypeScript and front-end frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Experience integrating apps with APIs and delivering secure, high-performing digital experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritise work.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning, sharing knowledge and embracing AI-powered tools.
• Degree in IT/CS with at least two years in software development; retail/international exposure is a plus.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript and contemporary front-end frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise work and deliver effective solutions.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for learning, sharing knowledge and embracing new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, together with at least two years' experience in a software development environment. Experience within retail, customer-focused or international organisations would be advantageous.
