Une entreprise dynamique dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie recherche un responsable de la réception à Naples. Au sein d'une équipe, vous serez chargé d'accueillir les clients, de gérer les réservations et de garantir un service impeccable. Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en langues étrangères et une expérience dans des rôles similaires. La connaissance des portails de réservation est un plus.

Competenze

Synergy is looking for someone to manage the reception area, handle guest check-ins and outs, take care of reservations, and provide customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, German, French, and Spanish. They should also be familiar with popular booking portals like Booking and Expedia.

The person we are looking for must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They need to be very organized, proactive, and willing to learn new things.

We offer:

• An initial contract with the possibility of renewal
• Classification: 4° or 5° level, depending on experience
• Initial on-the-job training and mentoring

Requirements:

• Degree in Foreign Languages or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, German, French, and Spanish
• At least 3 years of experience as a front desk member or in similar roles in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with popular booking portals
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact with guests
• Residence in Naples or nearby areas

Other information:

Availability requested in the 06:00 – 24:00 time slot. Turn schedules will be indicated during the interview.
