A Front Desk Supervisor supervises activities managed at the hotel front desk, including check-in / check-out, guest requests, concierge services, and promotion of in-house activities.

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the front office activities between the guest, the hotel, and various hotel departments. You are responsible for supervising activities that create the first impressions of our guests. Your tasks will include:

  • Supervising front desk operations during your assigned shift to ensure high standards
  • Ensuring your team has up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, promotional offers, and VIP or special events
  • Advising your team of any special events or VIP guests
  • Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork
  • Maximizing sales through up-selling and marketing programs
  • Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and thoroughly
  • Maintaining a professional appearance of the front desk with a focus on hospitality and guest service
