• Up to 4 promotions in 2 years — with a clearly defined, merit-based career path
• Competitive Base salary plus uncapped commission per placement, giving you the potential to earn up to €40k in your first year and €60k in your second year .

You will be :

• From Real Estate (Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Broker, Property Sales Consultant) or Sales professional with at least 2 years’ experience
• Resilience, energy and a results-driven attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A real hunger to build a successful, long-term career
• Willingness to relocate and commit fully on-site in Malta and be part of something great
