Job Description:

Role description: Your role as Business Development Representative will involve outbound B2B calling within your assigned territory and/or market, establishing and growing strategic relationships with executive and senior decision makers at major companies worldwide.

You will need to understand customer needs and develop sales opportunities for our Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling against KPIs.
  2. Nurture potential leads to become fully qualified opportunities for client sales teams.
  3. Develop strong relationships with client sales teams.
  4. Maintain knowledge of client’s business, products, and objectives.
  5. Understand the competitive landscape and client USPs.
  6. Gather intelligence on potential prospects via calls and research.
  7. Keep detailed and accurate customer and prospect data in CRM.
  8. Provide insights to clients regarding campaigns and data quality.
Requirements:
  • Native French speaker.
  • At least 1 year experience in telesales, customer service, help desk, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/KPIs.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment focused on customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Good knowledge of the technology/business application industries.
  • Excellent English skills (C2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
