If you're a true hunter and love connecting talented individuals with our clients' needs, we want to hear from you today!

This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Partner

• Location: Anywhere in EMEA, ideally (GMT+1)
• Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
• Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Utilize your sourcing channels of choice, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to source, hunt, and attract top candidates
2. Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and identify the best fit for specific roles
3. Collaborate directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful recruitment placements
4. Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed
6. Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficient in English and Italian (spoken and written) - this is non-negotiable
2. Full availability between 8:00-20:00 Mon-Fri (GMT+1)
3. Proven experience sourcing, hunting, and recruiting Italian-speaking talent (within Volume SaaS, BPO, or Languages)
4. Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator with circa 10,000 connections
5. Excellent communication and people skills
6. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
7. Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills
8. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
