• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar position is highly desirable
• Ability to understand and adapt to various industries and their hiring needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and candidates
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools to improve sourcing efforts
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects at once
