Il candidato ideale ha una solida esperienza nel reclutamento e una buona conoscenza del mercato farmaceutico, con eccellenti capacità comunicative e un'alta indipendenza nel lavoro. Competenze

• Diversi anni di esperienza come reclutatore freelance in consulenza o agenzie.
• Ottima conoscenza dei ruoli farmaceutici e delle relative competenze.
• Disponibilità per una collaborazione freelance flessibile.

Mansioni

• Gestire l'intero processo di reclutamento per posizioni farmaceutiche.
• Sourcing, screening e colloqui con i candidati.
• Rimanere aggiornato sulle tendenze di mercato e sulle normative del settore.

Sales and Medical profiles

in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales Rep, Product Specialist, Area Manager, Key Account Manager, etc.).

Main Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process for pharmaceutical Sales and Medical roles Source, screen, and interview candidates Stay updated on market trends and pharmaceutical industry changes Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and data privacy regulations

Requirements Several years of experience as a Recruiter freelance in consulting or agencies Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Availability for flexible freelance collaboration
