BrainSource.Network is not a typical recruitment agency. We’ve built a smart, AI-supported platform that connects businesses with expert recruiters across Europe and beyond. With hundreds of active freelancers in our network, we handle hiring projects of all types—from fast-paced tech placements to executive searches and high-volume staffing like blue-collar.

To keep up with client demand, we’re looking to expand our recruiter community. If you’re an experienced recruiter looking to earn commission on your terms—without office politics, micromanagement, or endless meetings—this might be the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll receive access to active roles that match your niche/expertise.
• Source candidates using your own tools and network (we don’t provide licenses at this stage).
• Pre-screen and assess candidates before submitting them via our platform.
• Stay engaged throughout the process: coordination, feedback, and offer stage.
• Get paid for each successful placement, based on the agreed commission for each role.

Who It’s For

• You have a minimum 1 year of recruitment or headhunting experience, ideally in a specific niche or industry.
• You have your own sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• You’re working full-time, part-time, or freelance—but want to monetize your sourcing ability more effectively.
• You’re fluent in English. Bonus if you know one more language.
• You understand this is not a job, but a way to generate income on a per-project, per-placement basis.
