IQVIA Italia ricerca un Recruiter esperto per supportare il team di Talent Acquisition, specializzato nel settore farmaceutico. Il candidato ideale avrà delle responsabilità chiare nel reclutamento di profili di vendita e medici, e richiederà un'ottima conoscenza del settore. Sono richieste abilità comunicative eccellenti e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo in un contesto freelance.

Competenze

• Esperienza pluriennale come Recruiter freelance.
• Ottima conoscenza del settore farmaceutico.
• Disponibilità per collaborazione freelance flessibile.

Mansioni

• Gestire l'intero processo di reclutamento per ruoli farmaceutici.
• Sourcing, screening e colloqui con i candidati.
• Rimanere aggiornati sulle tendenze del mercato.

in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales Rep, Product Specialist, Area Manager, Key Account Manager, etc.).

Main Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process for pharmaceutical Sales and Medical roles Source, screen, and interview candidates Stay updated on market trends and pharmaceutical industry changes Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and data privacy regulations

Requirements Several years of experience as a Recruiter freelance in consulting or agencies Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Availability for flexible freelance collaboration
