About the role

We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the healthcare practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both healthcare practitioners with physical practices and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media).
• Identify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements.
• Identify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.
• Nurture and build relationships with identified practitioners for both physical and digital practices.
• Advise on evolving the mindbodygreen practitioner program to be innovative and market-leading, leveraging our ecosystem to support partners.
• Collaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices.
• Develop templates and systems to respond to frequently asked questions from practitioners, scaling the program.
• Work with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotions to drive online sales and brand awareness.
• Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

Results-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a proven track record of success in a remote environment.

3-5 years of proven success as a supplements sales professional, preferably in healthcare or wellness industries.

Understanding of affiliate marketing, especially via newsletter and social media, is a plus.

Strong knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.

Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.

Advanced degree in nutrition or related fields is a plus.
