About the role

We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the healthcare practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both healthcare practitioners with physical spaces and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media).
  • Identify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements.
  • Identify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.
  • Nurture and build relationships with these practitioners.
  • Advise on the evolution of the mindbodygreen practitioner program to create an innovative, market-leading initiative leveraging our ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices.
  • Create templates and systems for responding to FAQs to scale the program.
  • Partner with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotion to boost online sales and brand awareness.
  • Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification that fit the mindbodygreen brand.
  • Work with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented, proactive, organized, with a successful track record in remote environments.
  • 3-5 years of proven success as a supplements sales professional, preferably in healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, especially via newsletter and social media, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
  • An advanced degree in nutrition is a plus.
