Competenze

  • 3-5 years of successful supplements sales experience in the healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing via newsletter and social media is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.

About the role

We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the health care practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with health care practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This position will start as a freelance consulting role for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies, targeting healthcare practitioners with physical locations and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media).
  • Identify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements.
  • Identify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.
  • Nurture and build relationships with these practitioners.
  • Advise on evolving the mindbodygreen practitioner program to create an innovative, market-leading initiative leveraging our ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with practitioners to provide training sessions and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products.
  • Develop templates and systems to efficiently respond to FAQs and scale the program.
  • Partner with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotions to boost online sales and brand awareness.
  • Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification aligned with the brand.
  • Work with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Results-oriented, proactive, organized, with a proven track record in a remote environment.
  • 3-5 years of successful supplements sales experience in healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, especially via newsletter and social media, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.
  • Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
  • An advanced degree in nutrition or related field is a plus.
