About the role

We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the health care practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with health care practitioners and develop a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting healthcare practitioners with physical spaces and those with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media).
  2. Identify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements.
  3. Identify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.
  4. Nurture and build relationships with these practitioners and social influencers.
  5. Advise on the evolution of the mindbodygreen practitioner program to make it innovative and market-leading, leveraging our ecosystem.
  6. Collaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices.
  7. Develop templates and systems to respond to common practitioner inquiries, scaling the program.
  8. Work with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotions to increase online sales and brand awareness.
  9. Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification that align with the brand.
  10. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Results-oriented, proactive, organized, with experience thriving in remote settings.
  • Proven success in supplement sales, preferably 3-5 years in healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing via newsletter and social media is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Advanced degree in nutrition or related field is a plus.
