A leading content agency in Milan is looking for a Freelance Junior Marketing Project Manager to support their pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, fluent in both Italian and English. Responsibilities include content trend analysis, project management, and collaboration with local marketing teams. This role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office.

Milan, Italy. (Hybrid – 3 days in office. Low level of international travel required).
Language requirement: Fluent Italian and Business English.

The Project Manager (Content Delivery Associate) is part of our pharmaceutical client’s Global Omnichannel Delivery team, reporting to the Omnichannel Delivery Director. The role involves developing content production services within the Italian market and collaborating with Local Marketing Company Brand Leadership to deploy production and creative services across all business units.
The individual must effectively partner, influence, and challenge stakeholders to drive adoption and performance of content production capabilities, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement of BAU production, as well as expanding services.
Strong leadership, business acumen, understanding of process solutions, and cultural awareness are essential to develop and motivate teams across multiple partners and production centers globally. The role also requires transparency regarding risks and an understanding of marketing solutions to create customer-centric omnichannel experiences.
