Full-time, starting on a freelance contract until December 2025.

Milan, Italy. (Hybrid – 3 days in office. Low level of international travel required).

About the role

The Project Manager (Content Delivery Associate) is part of our pharmaceutical client’s Global Omnichannel Delivery team, reporting to the Omnichannel Delivery Director. The role involves developing content production services within the Italian market and collaborating with Local Marketing Company Brand Leadership to deploy production and creative services across all business units.

The individual must effectively partner, influence, and challenge stakeholders to drive adoption and performance of content production capabilities, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement of BAU production, as well as expanding services.

Strong leadership, business acumen, understanding of process solutions, and cultural awareness are essential to develop and motivate teams across multiple partners and production centers globally. The role also requires transparency regarding risks and an understanding of marketing solutions to create customer-centric omnichannel experiences.

What you’ll do
  • Identify and analyze regional and local content trends to provide feedback that ensures global content meets market needs.
  • Partner with local marketing leadership to promote adoption of content services and meet delivery targets.
  • Maintain quality and timelines for content delivery, ensuring open communication and feedback.
  • Lead with communication, project management, and critical thinking skills, supporting a multicultural team.
  • Coordinate communication and change management activities for new content solutions.
  • Prioritize work and establish delivery schedules aligned with client needs and team capacity.
  • Identify potential new production capabilities for operational and value expansion.
  • Use reporting and metrics to monitor adoption and identify areas for improvement.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent Italian and Business English, both oral and written.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with high commitment and follow-through.
  • Experience in program management, risk mitigation, and operational or technical delivery planning.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Financial accountability experience.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills, resource coordination, and influence without authority.
  • Drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with sales, brand marketing, digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns, Agile, design, HTML/CMS is a plus.
