We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences.

The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
• Create graphic content in line with training materials for trainees
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Development of technical and functional learning assessment material
• Management of our LMS Platform
• Maintain project documentation and course folders

Work Experiences

Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology. Experience as a classroom trainer.

Skills required

• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional Design models
• Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
• Visual design skills (PowToon, Photoshop, Camtasia) and excellent ability to write storyboard
• Ability to write fluent audio scripts / video scripts
• Knowledge of Insurance Business and IT-related capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to co-workers and non-technical clients.
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

Qualifications

• Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
• Excellent knowledge of LMS platforms management
• Excellent knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360
• Experience with LMS UX design

Education

• Degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
• Teaching or administrator’s license is a plus
