Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer based in Italy to create compelling visual content for paid social campaigns. You will contribute from concept development through final assets for Meta and TikTok, working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment.

You should have expert Photoshop and Illustrator skills, practical Figma experience, and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital advertising design.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented designer with strong visual storytelling skills and a proven track record in paid social advertising.
• Ability to work independently, welcome feedback, and proactively contribute ideas that improve outcomes.
• Experience with FinTech clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual assets for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Participate in the full creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Interpret briefs and collaborate to understand requirements, timelines and goals.
• Produce pixel-perfect designs with strong typography, composition and aesthetics.
• Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables and asset management.
