United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. We offer OmniChannel Front Office BPO services worldwide in all languages and are currently seeking a talented Italian-speaking CSR for our international team.

Our new teammates will participate in running multilingual customer service for one of our clients, a flagship of shared green mobility across the EU.

  • Introduce yourself and explain why you would like to work with us.

Job Responsibilities

  • Escalate problems in Italian and / or English for Second Line Help-desk support, if applicable.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks related to the campaign.
  • Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures, call scripts, and FAQs provided by management.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and demonstrate ownership mentality toward customer needs.
  • Be punctual and available for assigned shifts.
  • Participate in all required training sessions.
  • Substitute for other agents if needed.
  • Provide immediate feedback on any issues with the used programs.

Agent Requirements

  • At least C1 level in Italian and English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call / service center in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Able to work 140+ hours per month in CET timezone.
  • Quiet home workspace, USB headset, Windows computer / laptop (Windows 8 or above), and broadband internet.
  • Located in EMEA countries.

Our Offer

  • 8 EUR / hour, paid monthly, within the first ten working days of the following month.

Experience and Language Requirements

  • Customer Service / call center experience : 1 year (required).
  • Languages : English and Italian at C1 level (required).
