Sensory Design is seeking a high-level Freelance Client Advisor to support the transformation of qualified leads into structured commercial proposals and high-value deals.

This project-based collaboration allows consultants to independently manage client briefings and build strategic offers aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage qualified leads from the internal team or lead generators.
  • Independently organise and conduct briefing calls with prospects.
  • Analyse client needs and translate them into tailored service proposals.
  • Collaborate with production and leadership (when necessary) to refine offers.
  • Own the proposal and negotiation process up to contract acceptance.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, consulting, or selling complex services.
  • Ability to work independently with a client-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English and fluency in Italian or German are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of marketing and solutions is a plus.
  • Compensation based on closed deals : percentage on net or gross value, depending on the type of service.
  • Full autonomy over client interaction, briefing structure and time management.
  • Possibility to contribute to complex, innovative digital projects.

This is a freelance consulting role. There are no fixed working hours, no subordination, and no exclusivity. The collaboration is based entirely on agreed deliverables and results.
