Competenze

Job Description:

Purpose of Position

The primary role of the Fraud Prevention Specialist is to develop and implement effective anti-fraud procedures. This role is essential for preventing, detecting, and responding to fraudulent activities that could threaten the organization, its ShareASale and Awin platform customers, third-party partners, and employees. The Specialist will create comprehensive fraud prevention strategies and maintain vigilance to ensure security and integrity in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review new publisher registrations and communications to ensure compliance and authenticity.
  • Conduct regular audits during the publisher lifecycle to identify anomalies.
  • Review publisher payments on Awin and ShareASale platforms, focusing on irregularities.
  • Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention measures and tools.
  • Maintain records of fraud management activities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Investigate publisher activities and documentation for decision making.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve processes and tools.
  • Provide advice and training on fraud prevention, detection, and resolution strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service and/or fraud investigations.
  • Experience in an online environment preferred.
  • Excellent client service skills and proactive approach.
  • Strong time management and adaptability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ownership and accountability for work outcomes.
  • Positive team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI; willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Interest and initial experience in AI/ML/LLM systems for anomaly detection.
  • Knowledge of tools like SimilarWeb, Tableau, and Asana is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
