Un'azienda innovativa cerca un Manager di Commissioning & Start Up esperto per guidare progetti offshore. Questa posizione richiede una solida esperienza nell'industria Oil & Gas, in particolare con tecnologie FPSO, FLNG e FSRU. Il candidato ideale avrà un'ottima conoscenza delle attività di pre-commissioning e commissioning e sarà responsabile della coordinazione delle attività sul campo, garantendo il rispetto delle normative HSE. Competenze

• Minimo 10 anni di esperienza nell'industria Oil & Gas su tecnologie FPSO/FLNG/FSRU.
• Esperienza come Manager di Commissioning & Start Up in almeno 5 progetti.

• Coordinare le attività di pre-commissioning e commissioning secondo gli obiettivi di progetto.
• Assicurare la conformità alle normative HSE e ai requisiti contrattuali.

Project's Country: Based in Milan but willing to move abroad for long periods as below:

Place of work:

No Rotation

Work Schedule: 10 hours/day – 6 days/week

Rotation Schedule: 75 days on site / 21 days home leave

• 3 months Offshore Indonesia

Work Schedule: 12 hours/day – 7 days/week

Rotation Schedule: 35 days on site / 35 days home leave

Technical skills:

• Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client.
• Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance of the Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets.
• Technical knowledge of FPSO and/or FLNG and/or FSRU Plant Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities.
• Knowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools.
• Understanding of Flow Measurement, Engineering practices, design methods & calculations.
• Knowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background.
• Capable to Read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information.

Proven technical knowledge with the sequences and activities of preparation for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation of the following Units:

• Inlet Facilities and Gas Treatment Units
• MEG Recovery Unit
• Liquefication Unit licensed by APCI and CHART
• AGRU Technologies
• Gas Dehydration and MRU Section
• Storage and Off-Loading
• Hull Systems
• Marine Systems
• Mooring Systems
• Living Quarter and Machinery spaces
• Utilities section including Power Generation Unit
• Vessel's Auxiliary Systems: Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Water Treatment, Potable & Demi Water
• Flare, Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, Sea Water Intake and Desalination Unit, Cooling Water System
• FPSO Oil Separation and Treatment including: Crude Oil Separation, HP Gas Compression for Lift, HP Gas Dehydration, Produced Water Treatment, Seawater Treatment and Injection

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical)
• High experience worked in Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 10 Years experience on FPSO and/or FLNG and/or FSRU Technologies and/or off-shore platform
• Minimum of 10 Years experience as Commissioning & Start Up Manager and at least 5 Projects
• Advanced level of speaking & writing: Italian & English
