Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional cost reporting and analysis with timely insights into spending, risks, opportunities, and performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure functional cost performance and support decision-making.
• Analyze actual results versus budget/forecast and identify cost drivers for productivity and discipline.
• Partner with functional leaders to provide financial guidance and drive planning and forecasting.
• Support monthly close activities and ensure accurate, compliant reporting.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and data quality.
