Borsa Italiana, part of Euronext, is seeking an FP&A intern to join the Finance team in Milan starting in November. The role includes monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and building financial models. The gross reimbursement is 800 euros; meal tickets provided.

You will collaborate across departments, support budgeting, variance analysis, and dashboard development, and gain exposure to strategic growth initiatives in a European market infrastructure company.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (completed or in progress).
• Strong ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Well organized with strong problem solving, conflict resolution and analytical skills.
• Strong speaking and writing skills, including the ability to produce effective presentations for decision making.
• Persuasive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, SharePoint); VBA programming is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Italian or German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting.
• Analysing Euronext's financial performance and working with division heads to achieve strategic growth targets.
• Reviewing actual organisational performance against budgets, identifying variances, producing analysis and providing recommendations.
• Assisting the finance team in the annual budgeting process.
• Supporting the development of financial models and dashboards.
• Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.
• Coordinating the financial analysis needs of the company within country or cross-business line segments.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
