Un'azienda leader nell'automazione commerciale e nelle soluzioni di analisi cerca un professionista FP&A per supportare attività di budgeting e reporting. Il ruolo richiede una laurea magistrale e 2-5 anni di esperienza in finanza o analisi aziendale. Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato e la possibilità di influenzare la trasformazione dell'unità aziendale.

Competenze

• Esperienza da 2 a 5 anni in finanza, M&A, oppure analisi di business.
• Ottime capacità di gestione del tempo e delle priorità.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare settimanalmente.

Mansioni

• Supportare le attività di FP&A con focus sulla misurazione delle performance mensili.
• Gestire il processo di budget e previsione.
• Fornire report mensili al top management.

Your role :

Your key duties and responsibilities :

• Support the FP & A activities, with particular focus on monthly performance measurement.
• Manage the Budget and Forecast process.
• Support special projects aimed at the transformation of the business unit.
• Provide Monthly Group reports to Top Management.

We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required :

Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or in a quantitative field (with honors).

At least two to five years of experience in finance, M&A, or in business analysis functions.

Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language.

Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint.

Financial modeling and reporting, Performance measurement, and big data analysis.

SAP module knowledge would be considered a plus.

With your “get things done” attitude, you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment.

Availability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.
