In this role, you will provide timely and accurate analysis and reports to Group Senior Management and key stakeholders, covering actual and forecasted performance, with the goal of supporting decision-making process. You will actively contribute to Rolling Estimates (RE) and Business Plan (BP) processes, offering data-driven guidance based on actual business needs. Additionally, you will deliver in-depth financial analysis and modelling to provide business insights and contribute to various corporate projects.

IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Ensure that BP and RE processes and documentation reflect the business reality and are up to date.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze Actuals and RE & BP financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, and additional templates).
  • Create complex financial models to assess potential scenarios and their impact on the Organization.
  • Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets by forecasting financial performance using historical data and market trends.
  • Foster a culture of shared knowledge and encourage continuous skills development.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of Business Information systems by leveraging all business and financial information, resulting in the development of innovative tools for the Company.
  • Undertake initiatives for process optimization, reporting, lead projects, and deliver training to peers within Finance or Commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Operations and Senior management, to gather insights and communicate findings.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in consulting or audit environment – an asset.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling software (such as Excel; experience with FP&A software is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills – essential for interpreting financial data and building models.
  • In-depth understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Experience with AI is an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, business modelling); knowledge of BW / BPC / Power BI is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
