Job summary

Yestella Academy in Italy seeks a founding Relationship Manager for Private Wealth serving international families. You will manage onboarding, reviews, and ongoing relationship activities within a compliance-conscious framework.

You will coordinate with licensed partners for investment advice, work with investment and compliance teams, and help shape the client journey and review processes within the Yestella Academy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable client-facing experience in private banking, wealth management or a family office, ideally with internationally mobile clients.
• A recognised wealth-management qualification (for example CFA, CISI or CIWM), or a clear plan to obtain one. Registration or certification would be through the licensed firm through which advice is given.
• Professional fluency in English. Italian an advantage; required for Italian-domestic clients.
• Sound judgement on suitability, conflicts and conduct, and a clean regulatory record.
• Right to work in Italy (EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or an existing permit); we cannot sponsor permits at this stage.

Yestella Academy, our free financial-education programme, is live. Yestella is also building a wealth-management service, which will be provided through licensed partners. Regulated services will be provided through an authorised partner firm, and no one in this role gives regulated advice until that firm has certified or registered them.

The role

What you bring

For clients in Italy, that firm must be authorised to provide investment services in Italy, and advisers acting for it away from its premises must be registered with the OCF (Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell'albo unico dei Consulenti Finanziari) where required. We support study and exam costs.

Pay

€80,000–120,000 gross a year (RAL) base. Plus a discretionary bonus tied to client outcomes (such as understanding, suitability and service) and to conduct, not to product sales or investment returns. Founding-team terms are discussed at interview.
