New Startup (Social Media) is seeking a founding-team Community Growth & Marketing Lead to own early user growth, community momentum, and brand partnerships across Italy. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup.

You will activate local groups, manage ambassadors, run events, and build campaigns that move culture, while forging sponsored collaborations with brands to drive participation and visibility. You will help shape the growth playbook and activation strategy as we scale.

• You’ve grown a community-driven or consumer product.
• You know how to turn outreach into real engagement.
• You are confident building and maintaining relationships with brands and partners.
• Comfortable running both online and real-world activations.
• Creative, scrappy, proactive, and accountable.
• You use AI daily to move faster (content, outreach, research, automation).
• Experience in events, influencer marketing, partnerships, or startup environments is a plus.

• Drive user acquisition and referral loops.
