Join Superlayer as a founding member of the sales team in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, collaborate closely with the CEO, and drive innovation in sales strategy. We’re a young and ambitious company, born and distributed across Europe with two epicentres in London and Milan.

The role
As the founding member of the sales team, you’ll be in charge of the full sales cycle, from finding the right leads to closing the deals. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person that wants to be at the forefront of innovation and in the midst of action, able to plan and make things happen, building the sales function from scratch.
You’ll be working very closely with our CEO and your insights will be key in driving the direction of the product. This is quite a unique position since our customers are salespeople and your objective will be to help them drive revenue growth, so it’s a great opportunity to deeply empathize with their pains and bring them value, as an expert in Sales strategy and Execution leveraging Superlayer.
People who work with you define you as a curious person that wants to understand the root of a problem, frame it analytically and then build efficient and elegant solutions to tackle it. They also enjoy to drink a beer (or three) with you after work .
